2. The weight more than the specified in the table on any portion of a kilogram is to be paid according to the following higher rate.
3. In case of delivery of insured packages and parcels the factor of 1.2 is applied.
4. In case the service fee is paid by the recipient, regardless the type of cooperation (cash, letter of guarantee or agreement), the factor of 1.3 is applied.
5. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual, the rate for delivery is determined by the volume weight. To calculate the volume weight it is necessary to find the volume of parcels (multiply length by width by height in cm) and divide it by a factor of 6,000.
6. Delivery terms are specified in working days excluding the day of receipt of shipment and weekends and holidays.
7. All the above mentioned cities are ready to make a delivery for fee with a factor of 1.5.
